Help Grow Antigua Grow
Grow Antigua exists to strengthen local food systems by turning organic waste into a resource for farmers, gardeners, and growers across Antigua & Barbuda.
This is a practical, asset-based business, focused on long-term resilience, not short-term speculation.
Grow Antigua is more than a compost business, it’s a practical step toward food security, climate resilience, and local self-reliance.
We’ve already proven the demand: batches sell out before they’re finished, our waitlist keeps growing, and partnerships with resorts, restaurants, and gardeners across the island continue to expand.
We’re ready to scale.

From Backyard to Commercial Facility
We’re transitioning from a one-man-show, small-scale business to a high-capacity, professionally equipped composting facility capable of producing over 400 cubic yards of compost per month. That’s more than 200× our current output, and enough to meet the growing needs of farmers, landscapers, and soil builders across Antigua & Barbuda.
At this scale, compost becomes reliable infrastructure, not a boutique product.
This expansion opens the door to:
- Large-scale product sales in both bagged and bulk form
- Commercial food and landscape waste collection services
- Premium compost-based soil blends, made right here in Antigua to compete with Pro Mix and other imports
- Large-scale Sargassum processing and incorporation into our compost
- Future regional expansion and licensing opportunities across the Caribbean

Our Mission
We’re here to:
- Turn waste into a resource and reduce the amount of organic material going into Cooks landfill
- Improve soil health naturally, while reducing our reliance on foreign-made chemicals
- Create a profitable, well-run business that provides stable, meaningful local employment
- Support local growers, from backyard gardeners to farms and schools
- Strengthen Antigua & Barbuda’s food security and climate resilience
